US standard shipping is based on the total weight of your order and starts from $5.60. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We don’t currently offer free shipping. Full rates are on our Shipping Policy.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, are processed within 1 business day. US standard delivery then takes about 4–7 business days, so expect your order in roughly 5–8 business days in total.

We ship across the United States and to selected international destinations. If we deliver to your country, the cost and timing will appear at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

You have 90 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached — trying something on for fit is fine. Yes. You can swap for a different size or color of the same piece within 90 days, subject to availability. Each item can be exchanged once.

Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or we sent the wrong one — in that case we’ll sort it at no cost to you.

Once your return arrives, we inspect and process it within 7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Check the Fit & Measurements section on the product: most of our pieces are designed to fit close to the body, and where we recommend sizing up, it says so there. Still unsure? Email us your usual size and we’ll help.

Absolutely. Use Get the set on the product page to add the matching piece and pick its size separately — so your top and bottoms both fit perfectly.

Each product’s Fabric & Care section has its exact instructions. As a general rule, wash cold and inside out, skip fabric softener and air dry — it keeps the stretch, shape and color looking new for longer.
