Returns
- You can return your order within 14 days from the date it was delivered.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- To start a return, please contact us at info@cocoaplumyoga.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label at no cost.
- Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear, swimwear, shapewear, or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please email us at info@cocoaplumyoga.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
Free Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, and delivery takes approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
